This site provides access to your Long Term Care Group insurance billing. You will be able to make payments, change premium splits, access bills and request changes to the group members.

After you register and verify your group information, you will be given access to the website where you can review and update your worksite information and make payments.

Yes, you can pay your premiums by check. Please include a copy of the list bill as confirmation of the premiums to apply to each policy on the list bill. If removing a case, please also indicate this on the bill. Please make the check payable to: National Guardian Life Insurance Company
